Admission of New Students (PPDB) is one of the administrative processes that occurs every year to select prospective students based on academic scores so that they are able to continue to higher education.The design of the Student Admission Information System is a system designed to reduce problems found in the previous information system. The method used in this new student admission information system is object orientation (OOAD) and uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) model and is supported by Unified Modeling Language (UML) for software engineering processes with good structure. The author draws the conclusion that the system in this design can be useful and help in the process of accepting new students and is able to be a solution to problems that occur so that the system that is run can be used anytime and anywhere.

Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) merupakan salah satu proses administrasi yang terjadi setiap tahun untuk menyeleksi calon siswa yang berdasarkan nilai akademik sehingga mampu melanjutkan ke pendidikan lebih tinggi lagi. Rancangan Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik ini adalah suatu sistem yang dirancang untuk mengurangi masalah yang terdapat pada sistem informasi sebelumnya. Metode yang digunakan pada sistem informasi penerimaan peserta didik baru ini adalah orientasi objek (OOAD) dan menggunakan model Rational Unified Process (RUP) serta didukung dengan Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk proses rekayasa perangkat lunak dengan struktur yang baik. Penulis menarik kesimpulan bahwa sistem pada perancangan ini dapat bermanfaat dan membantu dalam proses penerimaan peserta didik baru serta mampu menjadi solusi masalah yang terjadi sehingga sistem yang dijalankan dapat digunakan kapan saja dan dimana saja.
