di Bank BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Bandung

ABSTRACT
This research aims to know the influence of promotion and profit sharing to the Opening of Interest Prima iB Hasanah Savings at Bank BNI Syariah Branch Office of Bandung. This is based on the decline in the number of customers in the last year and the changing system of profit sharing Prima iB Hasanah in the past five years.
The object of research is the Prima iB Hasanah Savings customer at Bank BNI Syariah Branch Office of Bandung. This type of research is quantitative associative. Primary data collection techniques through questionnaires, and supplementary (secondary) data through observation, interviews and literature studies. The population amounted to 200 people, determining the sample using the Slovin method which based on calculations amounted to 67 people.
Testing the data using validity test, reliability test, data normality test, multiple correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test, F test which in its implementation uses the help of IBM SPSS Statistics version 20.
The results showed that the Promotion variable (X1) had an effect on Interest (Y) Opening Prima iB Hasanah Savings at Bank BNI Syariah Branch Office of Bandung at 31.1% while Profit Sharing (X2) had an effect on Interest (Y) Opening Prima iB Hasanah Savings in Bank BNI Syariah Branch Office of Bandung at 14.4%. Simultaneously Promotion variables (X1) and Profit Sharing (X2) have an effect on Interest (Y) Opening Prima iB Hasanah Savings at Bank BNI Syariah Branch Office of Bandung at 32.6%.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai pengaruh promosi dan bagi hasil terhadap minat membuka Tabungan Prima iB Hasanah di Bank BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Bandung. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi dari penurunnya jumlah nasabah di tahun terakhir dan berubah-ubahnya sistem bagi hasil Tabungan Prima iB Hasanah dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir.
Objek penelitian adalah nasabah Tabungan Prima iB Hasanah di Bank BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Bandung. Jenis penelitian bersifat kuantitatif asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data primer melalui angket, dan data pelengkap (sekunder) melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Populasi berjumlah 200 orang, penentuan sampel menggunakan metode Slovin yang berdasarkan perhitungan berjumlah 67 orang.
Pengujian data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas data, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis regresi berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, rancangan uji t, rancangan uji F yang dalam pelaksanaanya menggunakan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics versi 20.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Promosi (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Minat (Y) Membuka Tabungan Prima iB Hasanah di Bank BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Bandung sebesar 31,1% sedangkan Bagi Hasil (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Minat (Y) Membuka Tabungan Prima iB Hasanah di Bank BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Bandung sebesar 14,4%. Secara simultan variabel Promosi (X1) dan Bagi Hasil (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Minat (Y) Membuka Tabungan Prima iB Hasanah di Bank BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Bandung sebesar 32,6%.
