PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI BEROBAT JALAN
DI PARA MEDICAL CLINIC RANCAEKEK

ABSTRACT

The process of medical record data in the Medical Clinic is still manual, so it is necessary to input one data with each column and its line, and make the process of work should be done repeatedly. This may result in many of the occasions when the time required in the registration register, payment or the creation of the registration report requires a long time. In addition in the process of medical record data can be accessed by anyone, so in terms of security is less secure.
This final project is based on System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method approach, which includes system analysis, system design, system implementation, and system operation. Meanwhile, to analyze the needs of user systems using Flowmap analysis, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Data Dictionary, and Structure Chart.
The Design of Information Systems for Outpatient Roads in The Medical Clinic uses Java Netbean as a system implementation, Ireport 4.8.0 for creating reports, and MySQL for database processing. Thus the system that the author of the design is expected to facilitate the process of processing and storage of employee payroll data so that more effective and efficient.

ABSTRAK

Proses pengolahan data rekam medis di Para Medical Clinic ini masih bersifat manual, sehingga mengharuskan menginput satu persatu data pada tiap kolom dan barisnya, dan membuat proses pengerjaan harus dilakukan secara berulang-ulang. Hal tersebut menimbulkan berbagai persoalan yaitu waktu yang diperlukan baik dalam proses pendaftaran, pembayaran atau pun pembuatan laporan pendaftaran membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Selain itu dalam proses data rekam medis dapat diakses siapa saja, sehingga dalam segi keamanan kurang terjamin. 

Tugas Akhir ini dibuat berdasarkan pendekatan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), yang meliputi analisis sistem, desain sistem, implementasi sistem, dan operasi sistem. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan sistem pengguna menggunakan analisis Flowmap, Diagram Kontek, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Kamus Data, dan Structure Chart.

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Berobat Jalan di Para Medical Clinic ini menggunakan Java Netbean sebagai implementasi sistem, Ireport 4.8.0 untuk membuat laporan, dan  MySQL untuk pengolahan database. Dengan demikian sistem yang penulis rancang diharapkan dapat memudahkan dalam proses pengolahan dan  penyimpanan data penggajian karyawan sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien.
