ABSTRACT
Along with the development of the era where technology is growing rapidly in various sectors, be it from the trade, publications, and health sectors. Information system planning becomes the most important role to support technological advances in the future. The planning made is regarding the inventory and financial information system in accordance with the problems that exist in BULOG Subdivre Bandung. The purpose of this research is to make information system architecture planning at BULOG Sub Dirve Bandung using the Enterprise Architecture Planning method. Make recommendations for inventory and financial information systems, and create business processes that can run according to organizational needs.The model that will be used in the enterprise architecture is the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) model. This definition of enterprise architecture focuses on data, application, and technology architectures to support business functions and the plans to be implemented on that architecture. The results of the research carried out are blueprints in the form of recommendations for inventory and financial information systems at BULOG Subdivre Bandung, which produce 3 main business processes, in data architecture it produces 15 entities, and 4 applications and for technology architecture, which produces technology proposals that will be used in the future. will come.

ABSTRAK
Seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman dimana teknologi semakin pesat diberbagai sektor, baik itu dari sektor perdagangan,publikasi, dan kesehatan. Perencanaan sistem informasi menjadi peranan terpenting untuk menujang kemajuan teknologi dimasa yang akan mendatang. Perencanaan yang dibuat yaitu mengenai sistem informasi persediaan dan keuangann sesuai dengan permasalahan yang ada di BULOG Subdivre Bandung. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk membuat perencanaan arsitektur sistem informasi di BULOG Sub Dirve Bandung menggunakan metode Enterprise Architecture Planning. Lalu membuat rekomendasi sistem informasi persediaan dan keuangan, dan membuat proses bisnis yang bisa berjalan sesuai kebutuhan organisasi
Model yang akan digunakan dalam enterprise architecture yaitu menggunakan model Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). Pendefinisain arstitektur enterprise ini befokus pada arsitektur data, aplikasi,dan teknologi dalam mendukung fungsi bisnis serta rencana yang akan di implementasikan pada arsitektur tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu blueprint berupa rekomendasi sistem informasi persediaan dan keuangan ada BULOG Subdivre Bandung, yakni menghasilkan 3 proses bisnis utama, pada arsitektur data menghasilkan 15 entitas, dan 4 aplikasi serta untuk arsitektur teknologi yaitu menghasilakan usulan teknologi yang akan digunakan di masa yang akan mendatang.
