ABSTRACT
The information system currently used at Binar Ilmu Boarding School (BIBS) is still an unintegrated application, with different platforms and database types. The systems that are already running at BIBS are the Report Value Recap System and the Student Management System. From the current system, there are weaknesses such as time-consuming handling and value management, so that each part of the system has not been coordinated.
The purpose and objective of this research is to analyze the business needs of BIBS as a whole and align it with the school's strategy in order to create an integrated information system with the EAP method so as to produce a clear blueprint to support school governance in the use of information.
Enterprise architecture planning is carried out by analyzing business processes at BIBS which include 3 main business processes, namely: New Student Admission, Teaching and Learning Process, and Student Graduation. As well as 3 supporting business processes, namely: Islamic Boarding School Management, ICT Management, and Counseling and Women's Talent Interest Development Management.
The results of the research carried out are planning for school information system architecture at BIBS, which is in the form of recommendations for the development of information system architecture to support school governance and system integration into all parts of the organization.

ABSTRAK
Sistem informasi yang sekarang digunakan di Binar Ilmu Boarding School (BIBS) masih berupa aplikasi yang belum terpadu, serta berbeda platform dan jenis databasenya. Adapun sistem yang sudah berjalan di BIBS adalah Sistem Rekap Nilai Rapor dan Sistem Pengelolaan Siswa. Dari sistem yang berlaku tersebut terdapat kelemahan seperti penanganan dan tata kelola nilai yang memakan waktu, hingga belum terkoordinasinya setiap bagian sistem.
Maksud dan tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kebutuhan bisnis BIBS secara keseluruhan dan menyelaraskannya dengan strategi sekolah agar tercipta sistem informasi yang terpadu dengan metode EAP sehingga menghasilkan blueprint yang jelas untuk mendukung tata kelola sekolah dalam penggunaan informasi.
Perencanaan arsitektur enterprise dilakukan dengan menganalisis proses bisnis di BIBS yang meliputi 3 proses bisnis utama yaitu: Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru, Proses Belajar Mengajar, dan Kelulusan Siswa. Serta 3 proses bisnis pendukung yaitu: Manajemen Kepesantrenan, Manajemen ICT, dan Manajemen Pengembangan Minat Bakat Konseling dan Keputrian.
Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu perencanaan arsitektur sistem informasi sekolah di BIBS, yang berupa rekomendasi pembangunan arsitektur sistem informasi guna menunjang tata kelola sekolah dan integrasi sistem ke semua bagian yang ada dalam organisasi.
