ABSTRACT
The design of a website-based public administration service information system is a system created to solve problems in the administrative department in Mangunarga Village. Public services are services provided by the government as a state organizer to the community to meet the needs of the community itself. The purpose of this study is to improve the welfare of the community in Mangunarga Village so that the service process becomes more effective and efficient. The types of services in Mangunarga Village include services for making ID cards, family cards, certificates of incapacity (SKTM), and police record certificates (SKCK). The development method used in this system is Rappid Application Development with stages with Joint requirement planning (JRP) techniques, Joint application design (JAD) techniques, construction and switching of information systems. This research was conducted to measure the level of speed and slowness in the process of administrative services in the mangunarga village community.Based on the results of data processing, it is known that website-based public administration services in Mangunarga Village can improve community welfare in the process of public administration services to be more effective and efficient.

ABSTRAK
Rancang bangun sistem informasi pelayanan administrasi publik berbasis website adalah sistem yang dibuat untuk memecahkan permasalahan pada bagian administrasi di Desa Mangunarga. Pelayanan publik merupakan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah sebagai penyelenggara negara terhadap masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat itu sendiri.Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Mangunarga agar proses pelayananan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Jenis pelayanan yang ada di Desa Mangunarga meliputi layanan pembuatan KTP, Kartu Keluarga, Surat Keterangan Tidak Mampu (SKTM), dan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK). Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam sistem ini adalah Rappid Application Development dengan tahapan dengan teknik Joint requirement planning (JRP), teknik Joint application design (JAD), kontruksi dan peralihan sistem informasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat cepat dan lambatnya dalam proses pelayanan administrasi di masyarakat Desa Mangunarga. Berdassarkan hasil pengolahan data, diketahui bahwa pelayanan administrasi publik berbasis website di Desa Mangunarga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam proses pelayanan administrasi publik menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.
